Janelle Mucci has an expansive 18+ year background in retail management and operations, coupled with 5 years dedicated to supporting one of the largest cannabis MSO in MA. Janelle’s background in business management and psychology are the building blocks to her renown in change management. Janelle is an expert in talent recruitment, customer care, scheduling for profit, retail home delivery, and people support.
Sarah Martine, Founder
She/Her
Sarah has dedicated the last 7 years to the cannabis industry and is an expert in operations. Her background in business management propelled her towards finding solutions for everyday challenges the cannabis industry faces, and then some. She is an expert in inventory management, compliance, and systems such as POS, Ecommerce and Metrc just to name a few! She excels at finding the most efficient process in all aspects of dispensary operations and is extremely skilled in coupling that expertise with tailored training content to support company-wide success with every new software launch and process change.
